Value (January to mid February, November 01-20, early December - $179 / £140
Off peak (mid February, March, mid April, May, September/October. - $189 / £145
Peak (early April, July, August, Christmas and New Year(18Dec-04Jan) - $209 /£160
Rates include all taxes, fees and final departure clean
Pool heating is optional (recommended from November to March) for $30 per day including all taxes
A 10% non refundable deposit is required to secure the booking with the balance plus a $250 security deposit due 30 days before arrival. Payment can be made through bank transfer, PayPal, Wise or Zelle.
Cancellation policy - if a booking is cancelled more than 30 days before the date of arrival all funds less the initial deposit will be refunded. If cancelled within 30 days and more than 7 days before arrival a 50% refund will be made. Full payment will be retained if the booking is cancelled less than 7 days before arrival
