Our Villa has been completely remodelled throughout, fresh for 2026 and offers a single story, 4 bedroom, 3 bathroom with an open plan layout.

Our spacious, open plan living area is completely remodelled with new flooring, new dining and seating and the latest in technology. The living area has seating for at least 6, a 55 inch Smart TV and Amazon Alexa connectivity via an echo dot, as well as voice activated LED mood lighting. We also offer a large dining room and a breakfast bar with ample seating.

The fully remodelled kitchen has all modern appliances including a full oven, microwave and fridge freezer including the all important ice maker! We also offer a Keurig coffee machine, blender and waffle maker! We also offer a full size washer and dryer.

The large Master bedroom has just been completely upgraded with new flooring, furniture and furnishings, a pillow topped queen bed and a brand new 50 inch smart TV. We’ve also added an Echo show with Alexa connectivity, multiple USB and USB-C charging ports. The Master bedroom also offer direct pool access via sliding patio doors and lake views. The en suite bathroom has a huge walk in glass shower, large oval tub and his and hers sinks. Finally, there is a large walk in wardrobe

Bedroom 2/Master bedroom 2 is newly decorated with upgraded bedding, a pillow-top queen size bed, new smart TV, echo show with Alexa connectivity, USB and USB-c charging and a full bathroom with walk in glass shower and dual sinks

Bedrooms 3 and 4 have two twin beds in each and share a full bathroom with walk in glass shower. Both offer new Smart TVs, a Mickey Mouse Amazon echo show with Alexa and USB/USB-c charging

We have smart TVs in all bedrooms and in the living area, with Netflix, Disney+, YouTube and Amazon prime. We also have Amazon echo and show devices set up as well as a fire tablet with a digital copy of our guest information and access to the internet.

Our showcase, brand new pool and spa has just been completely remodelled and features a stunning new deep blue finish, new tiling and the latest LED colour changing lighting.

Connectivity and streaming is taken care of through the latest, ultra high speed fibre optic WiFi and internet access, for use throughout the house and on the pool deck.

We have the latest in all important device charging capability available, with 24 USB and 12 USB-C ports conveniently positioned throughout the house, including at least 2 in every bedroom.

The games room has a brand new full sized table tennis table, pool table, darts and more

The villa is cooled via a brand new air conditioning system throughout. There are also ceiling fans in the living room, bedrooms and outside dining area.

All towels (bath and pool), linens, utensils, iron, ironing board and hair dryers provided. Use of a gas BBQ/grill is included in the rental.
