Location

The right location is key to your vacation and it was a huge deciding factor when we originally bought the Villa. We visit at least twice every year (usually more) and we are always so glad we chose Sunset Lakes, not just for its quiet seclusion, but equally just how close you are to all of the theme parks, and to such a huge variety of shopping and dining options just minutes away. Our location means that taking a break for a swim or just to relax and cool down for a few hours before heading back to the parks is a realistic option and makes such a difference.

Nestled in a quiet gated community, just minutes from Disney and Orlando’s top attractions, our villa is just 2 miles from Disney property with the closest parks (Animal Kingdom, Blizzard beach) being just a 10 minute drive away. Epcot, Hollywood studios and Typhoon lagoon are a 15 minute drive and Magic Kingdom is around 20 minutes away.

Sea World , Aquatica and Discovery Cove are 15 miles or 25 minutes away. Universal Studios, Epic Universe and Volcano Bay are around 30 minutes from the Villa.

We’re located just 1 mile from all of the shopping and dining options on HWY192 including Sunset Walk and Margaritaville and all of the usual favourites. For Shopping, WalMart, Target and Publix are all within a 10 minute Drive, and there are numerous outlet options less than 20 minutes away
